- Free assessment. An hour with a senior consultant, on site if you'll have us. We look at how work actually flows, not at a vendor's feature list.
- Readiness check. Is your data backed up, organized and permissioned sanely? AI built on messy, insecure data just gives you wrong answers faster. We tell you honestly if something has to be fixed first.
- Policy first. Before any new tool, your staff get a one-page usage policy and the approved tools to go with it.
- One use case, proven. We pick the single highest-value process, set up the tool, train the people who'll use it, and measure the result over 30–60 days.
- Then expand. Once one thing demonstrably works, we move to the next — never a dozen half-finished pilots.
Pricing
The AI Opportunity Assessment is free, with no obligation. Coaching, workshops and Copilot rollouts are scoped as fixed-price engagements where we can, or billed at our published hourly consulting rates where the scope is open-ended. Tool licensing (Copilot, for example) is a separate, pass-through cost that we quote before you commit. For businesses on a LecsIT managed IT agreement, much of the readiness work is already covered by what we do every month.
